If serving alcohol, a Special Event Permit is required.

Some events may require proof of special event insurance. We’ll inform you if this applies during booking.

All events must end by 11:00 PM, including cleanup. Contact us if you require a time extension.

A refundable damage deposit is required, based on event type. Deposits are returned after inspection.

• Do not drag furniture—please lift to move.
• Security cameras are on-site.

Cleaning fee is based on attendees. Please bag all garbage and leave it at the unit entrance.

• No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• No open flames or candles allowed.
